Mary Graham - Chair of Save the World Club
Mary Graham has long held a passion for her environment and local community and was very honoured to be accepted as a Trustee of Save the World Club.
Mary's working experience has straddled a number of industries, including marketing positions in multi nationals, teaching in Adult Education, marketing positions in several small businesses, providing business advice and assistance for childcare providers and running a community project in Kingston. Mary now combines all the skills she has gathered over the years providing consultancy services for local authorities, renewable energy companies and housing associations amongst others undertaking Community Consultation projects.
Mary is keen to spread understanding of environmental issues to a wider public and does her best to enhance her own immediate environment by maintaining a sustainable container garden on the quay next to the boat she and her family live on, thus hoping to encourage people to respect and maintain their environment by example.
Mary greatly enjoyed spending time with the Green Police at Glastonbury in 2010 and looks forward to joining them again! |
